I created this business because, after spending nearly 40 years in the industry, I have seen a growing need for it. We provide what you feel you need most. Whether it is Pre-Construction Services, including site selection, Procurement, Design-Build, & Estimating, or the Construction side with Project Management, Coordination, and soon-to-be Supervision services. We help you keep your overhead down by eliminating burden. There are no payroll taxes, 401(k)s, insurance, or other benefits that employees are seeking. When a job gets pushed off or you have a slow season, we are not standing there with our hand out. We don't want our weekly paycheck to be like an employee's. We are a Team, and we bring positivity and Trust. We do all this within your existing Company structure using your Company's preferred software. We take the project from Cradle to Grave and keep all involved informed and happy at the end of the day.
