Why do I need the Services of Zeus Commercial Building?
Q. Why not hire someone directly?
A. If you could, you probably would, but then you have the burden on top of the salary, the training, and who has the time for all of that? We take all of those hassles away while communicating with upper management as part of your Company culture and provide your clients with a depth of experience that's hard to find in just one employee. We get you repeat business because that's what's important. A happy Customer, and we appreciate the repeat business as well.
Q. How do I know that I am getting privacy with my confidential processes & information?
A. We have our people, and you, sign an NDA, so what's yours stays yours, and you don't share our secrets either. We work in harmony with one another and succeed time and again.
Q. What happens with missed scope on estimating?
A. That's the key question. We communicate throughout the process and ensure we're on the same page. Nobody is perfect, but we're close and we have provisions to cover any occasion through exclusions and clarifications. No estimates are sent out without a discussion and sign-off from the person you have chosen. We understand that an estimate can make or break you, and that is not taken lightly.
Q. What do I gain from this?
A. General Conditions are always a moving target. We take some of that movement out of the equation. We offer a fixed price for the Construction Management portion of the work. However much or however little you want us to do, we'll do. That makes our portion locked in, and we help manage the rest to keep your costs down and expenses efficient.
Q. What else?
A. Ask us anything. No secrets here. Honesty and integrity in everything we do. If you're not an honest contractor, don't hire us. We don't want to work for you because we prioritize maintaining your integrity with your clients at all times.
Q. When do we need to hire ZCB?
A. Right now! We can assist in getting the project through an interview process and then fine-tuning it through improved sub numbers and highly qualified scope writing.
